Comparison

Loadagent vs. manual dispatch.

Most European expeditionary fleets and freight forwarders still run on email, WhatsApp and spreadsheets. Loadagent turns that into one freight automation layer that never sleeps, never forgets a follow-up, and prices every cargo down to the empty kilometre. A 14-day free trial is available, contact [email protected] to get started.

JobManual dispatchWith Loadagent
CoverageYour dispatcher works one truck at a time, during office hours. The AI runs across every truck in the fleet, day and night, including the weekends when good loads tend to post.
Outreach speedEmail by email, and the first to respond usually wins. Manual dispatchers lose that race.Roughly ten times faster outreach. The agent contacts dozens of relevant freight owners in parallel.
Order intakeCopy and paste from PDFs into spreadsheets, with transcription errors slipping in.PDFs are parsed into structured data on arrival: addresses, weights, dates, references, payment terms.
Risk screeningOnly done when something feels off, so tight delivery windows and unfair clauses regularly slip through.Every transport order is screened automatically for legal traps, and counterparty payment history is checked up front.
Margin mathsA spreadsheet with rules of thumb, and empty kilometres or EU driver-hour rules often left out.Tolls, fuel for the actual vehicle, EU driver hours and empty kilometres all roll up into one estimated profit per load, ranked.
Find the best-paying cargoYesterday's deal becomes today's anchor, and the best-rated loads often go to whoever called first.Smart AI ranking prioritises the loads with the best market rates, so the most lucrative offers reach your dispatcher first.
Trucks per dispatcherUsually six to ten trucks before quality and response time start to fall apart.Customers report about three extra trucks per dispatcher and roughly 10% more profit per truck.
Paper trailScattered across email threads, WhatsApp messages and the dispatcher's memory.Every search, offer and outreach email sits under the truck it belongs to, and order details export to Excel.

Approximations based on real customer usage and feedback. Individual results vary by fleet size, lanes, and operating model.

Common questions

Does Loadagent replace the dispatcher?

No. Loadagent takes the searching, the first emails, the PDF retyping and the profit maths. The dispatcher keeps the relationships and approves every booking. Customers use it to run more trucks per person, not fewer people.

How much has to change to move off manual dispatch?

You enter each truck once, connect your existing Timocom account through the official partner integration, and connect the mailbox you already send from. There is no data migration and no new system for the team to learn, because the outreach still comes from your own email address.

Do we have to give up email and Excel?

No. Loadagent sends from your existing mailbox (Microsoft Exchange, Outlook or IMAP) and exports order details straight to Excel, so the handover to the driver and the accounts stays exactly as it is today.
